Welcome to Gravitate Health.

Gravitate Health has been created by Sandy Leo to bring a holistic approach to fitness and wellness enabling clients to achieve youthfulness, health in body, mind and spirit, freedom in strength and mobility – at any age.

Sandy is proudly a CHEK Practitioner, CHEK Golf Biomechanic and a Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach. As well as being a Master Trainer in Pilates, she holds the ranking of Elite Trainer for Total Gym USA in P.T. Pilates, Post Rehab & Group – Internationally Certified & Trained by the best in the World.

Sandy specialises in Corporate Wellness seminars, solutions and packages. She trains sports professionals, teams and school groups.

Personal training clients are welcome privately or on a semi-private basis by arrangement. Have a specific package designed for you and your family at your place or the Gravitate Health studio.

Sandy has been my Fitness Pilates & Holistic Health Trainer for the past 8 and a half years. I have enjoyed altering and adding to lifestyle habits of standing, sitting, breathing and nutrition advice to enhance my general health.
