Training Description: Whether you aspire to become a Pilates Instructor by learning from the best or you’re a physiotherapist or rehabilitation provider aiming to enhance your skills and qualifications, this program offers personalized one-on-one or group training. It’s meticulously crafted to teach the foundational principles of advanced Pilates instruction, emphasizing technique, breath control, alignment, concentration, and cueing for perfect posture during movements. Additionally, small apparatus is provided to assist or challenge participants. Elevate your Pilates teaching by mastering advanced skills and imagery, ensuring participants operate at their optimal level and progress towards improved posture and relief from pain caused by postural and movement issues. Learning Outcomes: This training provides participants with advanced skills to teach movement effectively, whether in a Pilates class or physiotherapy rehabilitation setting. It encourages innovative thinking and imparts knowledge about the significance of breath, alignment, technique, and movement patterns in Pilates and beyond. This comprehensive ten-hour training program (inclusive of breaks) can be tailored to suit your needs or those of your organization, spanning one or two days. Upon completion, each participant must submit a 45-minute class video (YouTube format is acceptable) taught to a small group (friends or colleagues). This video must be submitted within three months for certification by Sandy Leo, earning participants a completion certificate.
