Pilates matwork is tailored for you with modifications for each body and involves comprehensive exercise routines lasting approximately one hour.
You will be taken through a series of exercises and movements with an emphasis on your core muscles – abdomen, back and buttocks in each movement incorporating breath. At times you will have to work slowly so that you can feel what you’re doing and slower is harder so flow and precision are encouraged and cued – your body will be awakened into new awareness.
In addition to private and semi-private sessions Pre & Post Pregnancy sessions. Power Pilates intermingled with Chek training challenges on GTS , Small Apparatus Classe, Matwork Classes see below for venues.
