Run or walk through feilds or land that is free and wild and take deep diaphramatic breaths expanding your chest and lungs lifting your chest to the sky and sliding shoulders together – fill your chest and belly with air like an hour glass and then slowly exhale your breath thinning your waist line as you do so – repeat ten times and notice the renewed energy and on each breath release any tension in your shoulders and all negative thoughts clouding your mind – RENEW – breath and embrace your life !!!
