Amazing core exercise incorporating shoulder stabilization, TVA control, Lateral system and glutes with activation of all leg muscles.
Lie on your left side, cross the right leg over the left with foot firmly on foor pointing away from you and the left leg just tucked in behind and both legs slightly bed.
Come up and put left hand directly under shoulder joint (not ahead of it very important) keep head in line with shoulder.
Take a deep breath in and exhale as you lift up onto left hand/arm setting shoulder in back pocket and straightening both legs and engaging quads and glutes and take right arm swing in ark over the head and reach – pointed toes – inhale – release with control hip to floor bending legs and “kiss” the floor with hip and exhale repeat he move – 5 x (REPEAT on the Right side 5x)
