3 X 20 SHOULDER BRIDGES A DAY
Featured exercise this week can be done anywhere at home on holiday at the park on the beach
Feet shoulder distance apart i.e. in line with your hip bones – lie supine with feet close to your butt and chin tucked in rib cage down with three notches on your belt to activate lower abs and then begin to lift your butt one vertebrae at a time lifting your spine like a string of pearls at all times with glutes (butt) tight and abs three notches on belt to ensure back muscles dont do the lift and then tap your knees together ten times and slowly reverse and lower back to floor – repeat 20 x and do this 3 times a day – better butt better back better knees – simple effective exercise.
