This beefed-up version of Total Gym offers bodyweight resistance training with over 250 different three-dimensional (or 3D) exercises on a free-rolling glideboard and dynamic unilateral/bilateral cable-pulley system. It offers eight resistance levels from 5% to 59% of body weight, and a Telescroping Squat Stand and LAT bars add further versatility for users of any age and fitness level.
