Its not a choice – you must drink clean filtered or spring water daily in order to stay alive. Every major organ requires water to function and it will steal from the rest of your body i.e. joints and muscles if it cannot find leaving you sore and tierd. Its your transportation system for fat to get to muscle so without it you retain your fat. Do you need much more reason – go drink your water and make it luke warm or hot so it dosnt solidify with food in your stomach – not nice thought – Right???
Good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight i.e. 60 kilos 3 litres or 80 kilos 4 litres – easy peasy – nothing else matters until you get this foundation right when it comes to health and wellbeing
